HELENE BAILLY gallery is pleased to lend “Les Amoureux” (1885) to the exhibition “Renoir’s Drawings / Dessins de Renoir”, jointly presented by the Morgan Library & Museum and the Musée d’Orsay from October 17, 2025, to July 5, 2026. The first retrospective in a century dedicated to Renoir’s works on paper, this exhibition highlights his creative process through nearly one hundred drawings, pastels, watercolors, and prints—shedding light on the importance of drawing in his practice, from his early academic studies to his most intimate sketches.
